Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mag360.com.au ,We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note: 
Refunds not available on change of mind.
Refunds not available on discounted and sale items.
Shipping charges are not refundable

 

H O W  T O  R E T U R N  O R  E X C H A N G E

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

 

  • Email us at: info@mag360.com.au In your email, please include:

  • Reasons for why you are returning the product(s)

  • Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order.

  • Pack the product(s) into their original packaging

  • Address the package to Mag360 Returns, Shop 19 - 20, 300-332 Grand Blvd, Craigieburn VIC 3064

  • As Mag360 is not liable for the loss of any product being returned we highly recommend that you return using registered mail.

Please ensure you full name and original order number are included in the return parcel. Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined.

Any returns/exchanges that are not on their way back to us within 7 days from delivery, will become void and you will have to contact us again for your return/exchange to be approved.

Please note: we strongly recommend using a traceable method (i.e. express post) when returning goods to Mag360. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. All exchanges are shipped out via standard shipping. If you would like your exchange shipped with express post this will cost you an additional $15 and you will need to inform us when you request your return.

All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order (or refuse order/return to sender) when this has already been shipped, any shipping charges (to/from) and duties/taxes incurred by us for returning your order will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, it's up to the customer to cover the cost to send back your item(s), but we will cover the cost to send out your new/exchanged item(s).

However, it you need to exchange your order for a second time, both the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us, and the cost of shipping the new item(s) back out to you, will be up to you (the customer). The fee for sending back out your second exchange is our standard shipping rate of either $10 for Australia, or $30 for International shipping.

S A L E / D I S C O U N T E D  I T E M S 

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on 'Final Sale' items. 'Final Sale' items are final so we recommend choosing carefully.

For exchanges on promotional/discounted items, we allow exchanges in size for the same product/colour only (subject to availability). If you are after an alternative style or colour you will be issued with a credit note for the value of the original purchase price of the piece you are wanting to return/exchange.
